Job Summary

A diversified technology company is seeking a Remote Oral Healthcare Senior Program Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Leading a cross-functional program team to support the ambitions of a disruptive startup embedded within our Oral Healthcare business
• Driving the new business creation process as we work to implement new business models and create products and solutions to fuel them
• Leading development and execution of a program management plan, breaking down organizational silos and managing dependencies through collaboration and influence

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing projects of increasingly complex scope, including at least 2 new product development cycles as project leader (concept to launch)
• Experience working in software development environments and employing Agile, SCRUM, or SAFe practices is preferred
• Experience within the medical device or healthcare industry, with knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management, FDA Quality System Regulations, and ISO 13485; strongly preferred
• Proven track record of success leading technical and commercial teams in a matrixed environment with distributed accountabilities and unclear precedents
• Ability to act as an ambassador of professional standards, seeking continuous improvement in ways of working to drive greater efficiency and purpose
• Ability to champion the development of processes and governance structures aimed at communication, accountability, and fervent customer advocacy
