Job Summary

A health technology company is in need of a Remote Order Intake Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Execute established Clean Order Review Processes
  • Maintain complete and accurate notes in PMO Tools
  • Create and manage Order Intake Reports to triage new sales orders

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 2+ years of experience in business systems
  • Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other industry tools
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think critically, “outside the box”
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
