Job Summary
A leading channel-based messaging platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Order Management Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring orders are processed timely in accordance with executed contracts
- Generating timely and accurate billing
- Resolving billing-related inquiries from internal teams in a timely manner
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum 2 years related experience
- Intermediate Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
- BA/BS degree or related work experience
- Ability to maintain professional and courteous correspondence with all levels of customer and company personnel
