Job Summary
A laboratory animal research company is filling a position for a Remote Order Management Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Processing order within the company's order management system
- Answering inbound customer phone calls regarding booking orders, product availability, order status, and technical questions
- Utilizing Salesforce.com to manage customer correspondence
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years relevant customer service experience
- Associate degree from a 2 year college or technical school, or relevant experience and/or training
- Experience in a technical or specialized field requiring extended training to perform a wide range of assignments
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to speak with all levels of an organization both internally and externally
- Ability to actively listen and understand information presented and different points of view
