Job Summary
A retail company specializing in prescription eyewear is in need of a Remote Order Processing Associate in Nashville.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Mastering company's internal management system to quickly and efficiently process customer orders
- Reaching out to eye doctors to obtain and verify optical prescriptions
- Interacting with customers via email to clarify or obtain any missing order information
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proven self-starter who takes ownership of (and pride in) your work
- Demonstrated creative and innovative problem solver who continually thinks outside the box
- Ability to attend a virtual, one-week onboarding (while the job is fully remote, you must reside in the greater Nashville area)
- Ability to work 20–29 hours per week
- Availability to work evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
- Ability to support our Customer Experience team in providing "knock your socks off" customer service
