Remote Order Processing Specialist
Job Summary
An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Order Processing Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Administering Orders in Salesforce and be responsible for data accuracy
- Working with sales, legal, and finance teams to resolve any issues identified during Order review
- Reviewing Salesforce Opportunities against signed contractual agreements for completeness and accuracy
Qualifications Include:
- 1-3 years of experience in Deal Desk, Order Desk, Sales, Sales Operations, Finance and/or Revenue Accounting
- Experience processing sales contracts / orders
- Experience with B2B SaaS sales ecosystems
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com
