Job Summary
A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Order Support Customer Service Representative in Vancouver.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering a high volume of inbound calls (30-50 daily)
- Answering incoming calls from customers regarding the tracking and order status of workout equipment
- Updating customers when equipment is shipped, when it should arrive, and if on back order
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1+ years of Call Center OR Customer Service experience
- Ability to work with multiple computer programs and screens at once (between 4-5)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Ability to type 35+ words per minute
