Job Summary
A global telecommunications company is seeking a Remote Order to Cash Business Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leveraging knowledge of industry best practices and working with business functions
- Engaging stakeholders across business teams, IT and engineering delivery teams
- Evaluating new business requests, assessing value, and prioritizing
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Having a Bachelor's Degree
- Possessing strong knowledge of order to cash business process management and best practices for UCaaS or SaaS subscription management
- Having at least 2 years of experience with BSS/OSS
- Having at least 2 years of experience with Agile methodology and Jira
- Being a creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Being able to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
