Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Orders Clinical Review Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy and legal compliance of orders by the clinician
- Function as a resource for clinicians, internal staff and physicians
- Review client medication profile and schedule
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Maintain licensure as practicing Clinician per the appropriate Ohio Board
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Attend in-service trainings and mandatory agency meetings
- Knowledge of guidelines governing home health agencies
- Knowledgeable on clinical best practices. Ability to make appropriate judgments
- Disciplined style of work ethic
