Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Oregon Licensed Registered Nurse Quality Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing and approving all patient information provided by the licensed professional
- Completing the timely review and processing of clinical assessments and plans of care
- Monitoring infection control reports and occurrence reports
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Licensed (RN) in Oregon
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum one year nursing experience in a division working with home health or Hospice
