Job Summary
A behavioral health care and human services provider has an open position for a Remote Oregon Licensed Substance Use Disorder Nurse Practitioner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Evaluating, diagnosing, treating, and managing ongoing support for individuals
- Eliciting the patient’s goals for their recovery
- Effectively using technology to maximize the patient experience
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must have DATA 2000 x-waiver of at least 100 to prescribe buprenorphine
- Minimum 1 year of addiction treatment experience
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing and a graduate-level nurse practitioner program
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and video conferencing
- Must the ability to gain approval for multiple state licenses and insurance company contracts
- Able to learn new technologies quickly
