Job Summary
A nonprofit organization has a current position open for a Remote Organizational Advancement Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supervising the Development Director to manage company's fundraising and donor management
- Ensuring the organization's priorities, goals, and practices align with its vision and mission
- Supervising the Director of Operations and Human Resources to manage human resource functions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Work-related events and travel
- 10 or more years experience working for progressive nonprofit organizations
- At least five years experience managing staff
- Previous experience in advocacy, digital organizing, or electoral politics
- Deep experience with nonprofit organizational operations and management
