Job Summary
A banking and asset management company is filling a position for a Remote Organizational Capabilities Advisor.
Must be able to:
- Create a process for the ongoing management of Talent Capabilities information and insights
- Help to create and manage a Talent Capabilities inventory (existing and ongoing) of human capital programs
- Recommend processes based on market best practices
Qualifications Include:
- Understanding of Talent Management processes, terminology, and process flows
- 5+ years of business experience in a business analysis or related function
- Proficient in working with various technologies and software packages
- Ability to interact with business leaders at senior levels
- Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills, using sound judgment and ability to use resources to identify solutions
- Data analysis skills, with a focus on organization of data (versus deep knowledge of advanced analytical formulas)
