Job Summary

An enterprise cloud consulting company is seeking a Remote Organizational Change and Training Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting and leading large internal OC&T initiatives
  • Implementing risk mitigation strategies to drive business objective realization
  • Consistently producing exemplary customer-facing work; reinforces best practices and support to team members

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5 years experience with workforce transformation projects
  • MBA or BS information systems or general business management, or degrees in organizational psychology, or related fields (or additional 3 years’ Workday experience in a corporate implementation setting)
  • Current Workday Core HCM or Workday Financials certification or ability to acquire it within 28 days of offer
  • Experience with organization design, organization design, shared services models, business process optimization, digital transformation
