An enterprise cloud consulting company is seeking a Remote Organizational Change and Training Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting and leading large internal OC&T initiatives
- Implementing risk mitigation strategies to drive business objective realization
- Consistently producing exemplary customer-facing work; reinforces best practices and support to team members
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 years experience with workforce transformation projects
- MBA or BS information systems or general business management, or degrees in organizational psychology, or related fields (or additional 3 years’ Workday experience in a corporate implementation setting)
- Current Workday Core HCM or Workday Financials certification or ability to acquire it within 28 days of offer
- Experience with organization design, organization design, shared services models, business process optimization, digital transformation
