Job Summary
A cybersecurity solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Organizational Change Management and Communications Principal Consultant in Minneapolis.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Quickly build an understanding of the business, situation and desired outcome(s)
- Advise clients on OCM best practices
- Assess, strategize, plan and communicate the needed OCM activities
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel periodically up to 10% may be required
- 10-15 years of related work experience in OCM and communications for large enterprises
- Experience and knowledge of OCM principles, methodologies and tools
- High degree of business acumen
- Demonstrated ability to effectively size, scope, plan and manage strategic project(s)
- Demonstrated computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Visio (other process design application)
