A business advisory and information management consultancy is in need of a Remote Organizational Change Management Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Acclimatizing quickly with client business challenges and technologies
- Building networks of change champions and agents. Conduct initial stakeholder analysis
- Creating change management plans to support complex change engagements
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of experience in data management and solutions
- 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
- 5+ years of experience in organizational change management
- 2+ years of experience leading the change
- Ability to quickly ramp up and assess client needs
- Excellent communication skills, presentation and interpersonal skills
