Job Summary

A full service IT company has a current position open for a Remote Organizational Change Management Project Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Leading change management activities globally
• Supporting the design and delivery of training programs
• Identifying, analyzing and preparing risk mitigation tactics

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel globally and domestically
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management role
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Experience of working with external implementation partners on global implementations
• Familiarity with project management approaches (including Agile)
• A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
