Job Summary
An IT services provider is filling a position for a Remote Organizational Change Manager .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying new ways of working through an enterprise-wide adoption of new cloud technologies
- Working to enable teams in the adoption of new processes and learning new skills
- Monitoring the progress of change across stakeholder groups
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Organizational Management related discipline
- At least 7 years of professional experience working enterprise-level Change Management
- Experience with cloud change management
- Experience and understanding of Agile software development lifecycle
- Exceptional written/oral communication skills
