- Consulting to government leaders on strategies, methods and approaches
- Applying organizational development, learning, change management and evaluation models and methods
- Identifying key stakeholders and conduct formative evaluations through surveys and interviews
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience implementing organizational development programs, measuring and evaluating outcomes
- 10 years total work experience required
- Proactive problem solver with an enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Exceptional oral and written communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to obtain a public trust security clearance
