Job Summary
A cloud communications company has a current position open for a Remote Organizational Development Director.
Must be able to:
- Develop program, tools, processes, and methodologies related to change readiness and change management
- Define guiding change management strategies, activities, stakeholder management, leadership alignment, and change impact assessments
- Oversee the effective and successful development of change management programs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to develop talent and build a high performing team
- 12+ years of experience in organization development, organization effectiveness, and/or change management
- Expert knowledge in organizational change management or operational readiness consulting
- Master's degree in organizational development/organizational behavior. Related experience considered in lieu of education
- Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills
