Job Summary
A multinational technology firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Organizational Development Senior Business Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Identify gaps that will need to be addressed between the current state and the future state
- Create visualizations of findings for current and future state and report them back into the team
- Coordinate with Operational Readiness team for changes in roles and operating models
Position Requirements Include:
- MBA or BS in a related field
- Excellent consultative, analytical, organizational, strategic planning, data gathering, and data visualization skills
- Motivated with the ability to take ownership of project tasks
- Excellent people skills to interact with associates, colleagues, and cross-functional teams and third parties
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of stakeholders and audiences
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
