Job Summary
A software development and cybersecurity company has an open position for a Remote Organizational Effectiveness Leader.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading execution and delivery of Organizational Effectiveness programs and initiatives
- Driving program management
- Supporting Performance Management processes and integration into culture
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, HR, or related discipline
- 5 years experience in Organization Effectiveness and/or Talent Management
- Experience providing HR Operational support (or acting CoE) in a scalable, agile, and compliant manner
- Proven capability to excel in a rapidly scaling early-stage organization or startup environment
- Direct knowledge of Organizational Effectiveness practice areas in fast-paced environments
- Experience generating and using data and analytics in decision making
