Job Summary

An information technology and services company is seeking a Remote Organizational Effectiveness Leader.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Conducting organizational learning needs analysis
  • Identifying key stakeholders and conducting formative evaluations
  • Assessing organizational readiness for change and adoption of new tools

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, performance measurement, organizational design, or similar
  • 10 years total work experience
  • Ability to undergo and pass a Public Trust security clearance
  • Experience designing and applying quantitative and mixed-methods research and evaluation
  • Knowledge of organizational performance-based measurement and evaluation methods
  • Proven track record of evaluating strategic plans and facilitating organizational change management
