Job Summary
An information technology and services company is seeking a Remote Organizational Effectiveness Leader.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting organizational learning needs analysis
- Identifying key stakeholders and conducting formative evaluations
- Assessing organizational readiness for change and adoption of new tools
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, performance measurement, organizational design, or similar
- 10 years total work experience
- Ability to undergo and pass a Public Trust security clearance
- Experience designing and applying quantitative and mixed-methods research and evaluation
- Knowledge of organizational performance-based measurement and evaluation methods
- Proven track record of evaluating strategic plans and facilitating organizational change management
