Job Summary

A healthcare services provider has an open position for a Remote Organizational Effectiveness Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting the management and facilitation of partnership and/ or alliance activities
  • Developing, designing, and consulting on organization effectiveness services and tools
  • Serving as a subject matter expert in change management and organization design

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organization development, human resources management
  • 8 years relevant experience in organization change, organization design, employee engagement
  • 3 years leading a team
  • Experience leading large program teams through complex change programs
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business operations, management practices and principles
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct, analyse, synthesize, and interpret quantitative/qualitative analysis
