Job Summary
A healthcare services provider has an open position for a Remote Organizational Effectiveness Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting the management and facilitation of partnership and/ or alliance activities
- Developing, designing, and consulting on organization effectiveness services and tools
- Serving as a subject matter expert in change management and organization design
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organization development, human resources management
- 8 years relevant experience in organization change, organization design, employee engagement
- 3 years leading a team
- Experience leading large program teams through complex change programs
- Demonstrated knowledge of business operations, management practices and principles
- Demonstrated ability to conduct, analyse, synthesize, and interpret quantitative/qualitative analysis
