Job Summary
A non-profit organization has an open position for a Remote Organizational Learning Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create logic models and metrics for program work to track progress
- Develop and maintaining an annual schedule of evaluation activities across the organization
- Conduct qualitative, conversation-style interviewing with community members
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Requires occasional travel and work outside regular business hours
- Approximately 4-6 years of demonstrated job experience
- Familiar with community science related concepts
- Trained in program evaluation
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
