Job Summary

A digital dental lab company has an open position for a Remote Orthodontics Fulfillment Solutions Associate Account Manager.

Must be able to:

• Drive material growth for a book of business of 200-300 customers
• Work closely with the Account Manager to execute across customer-facing responsibilities
• Facilitate introductory kick off calls to onboard new customers

Qualifications Include:

• Demonstrated track record of identifying upsell and cross selling opportunities
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Passionate about customer success and creating experiences that surprise and delight
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with customers, colleagues, and third parties
