Job Summary

A company that produces ortho-biologic products is in need of a Remote Orthopedic Product Order Management Specialist.

Must be able to:

Initiate contact with patient upon receipt of a prescription
Process product orders using designated order entry system
Follow up with key stakeholders and customers

Qualifications Include:

4-year degree or 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree
Minimum 6 months experience working in clinical or job related setting
Experience working with orthopedic patients and explaining medical benefits
Experience training patients on using medical devices is ideal
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare providers and their staff
