Remote Orthopedic Product Order Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company that produces ortho-biologic products is in need of a Remote Orthopedic Product Order Management Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Initiate contact with patient upon receipt of a prescription
• Process product orders using designated order entry system
• Follow up with key stakeholders and customers

Qualifications Include:

• 4-year degree or 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum 6 months experience working in clinical or job related setting
• Experience working with orthopedic patients and explaining medical benefits
• Experience training patients on using medical devices is ideal
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
• Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare providers and their staff
