Job Summary
A medical technology company is seeking a Remote Outbound Call Center Operations Director.
Must be able to:
- Optimize the interface between Lead Generation (Marketing) and Lead Consumption (Sales Call Center)
- Manage, improve, and strategically build outbound call center operations
- Bring call center system to the next level
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience working in sales-driven, customer centric organization
- 4 years of experience in a Managerial/Director role in a call center operation
- Experience with salesforce.com (preferred) or similar CRM system
- Data driven and strong with numbers
