Job Summary

A medical technology company is seeking a Remote Outbound Call Center Operations Director.

Must be able to:

  • Optimize the interface between Lead Generation (Marketing) and Lead Consumption (Sales Call Center)
  • Manage, improve, and strategically build outbound call center operations
  • Bring call center system to the next level

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience working in sales-driven, customer centric organization
  • 4 years of experience in a Managerial/Director role in a call center operation
  • Experience with salesforce.com (preferred) or similar CRM system
  • Data driven and strong with numbers
