Remote Outbound Call Center Representative

Job Summary

Making a meaningful impact on patient health, the full-time Remote Outbound Call Center Representative will connect with individuals through 100-150 outbound calls per shift, educating them on preventive health screenings and encouraging participation in vital programs.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients regarding their screening kits and educate them on the importance of preventive health screenings
• Identify and resolve barriers preventing patients from returning their kits while delivering outstanding customer service
• Effectively de-escalate concerns and create positive patient experiences through consultative conversations

Required qualifications

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Experience or interest in a fast-paced outbound call center environment
• Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
• High School Diploma or GED required (some college preferred)
• Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment
