Job Summary

A company helps photographers discover how their photos are used online is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Outbound Calls Case Agent.

Must be able to:

  • Call case contacts to remind them of the open case and reactive their communication
  • Answer standard questions on the case and passing on specific information from the case file
  • Update case information, contact details and logging the calls into our CRM software

Required Skills:

  • Native English speaker
  • Professional, mature and friendly persona on the phone
  • Experience with CRM software or web-based software
  • Experience in outbound call centres, payment collection, communications, customer service, or sales
  • Computer with fast and reliable internet connection and headset
