Job Summary
A business services company is filling a position for a Remote Outbound Customer Workflows Product Manager in the Bay Area.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting primary and secondary competitive research
- Writing competitive analysis summaries, insights and conclusions
- Partnering with marketing to inform creation of differentiating messaging and positioning
Qualifications for this position include:
- Demonstrated ability to influence and work collaboratively in a fast-moving, team environment
- Demonstrable ability to collect and synthesize complex information
- Deep understanding of product capabilities and market and competitive dynamics
- Ability to support competitive strategy within the Customer Workflows product area
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite of Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated independent thinking, relationship management and attention to detail
