Seeking compassionate individuals, the full-time Remote Outbound Fundraising Agent will make outbound calls to previous donors, engage in meaningful conversations, and secure donations for a national nonprofit fundraising campaign.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to previous donors and supporters
• Build rapport and engage in compassionate, donor-focused conversations
• Accurately document donor information and call outcomes

Required qualifications

• Previous outbound call center experience
• Experience in donation collection, fundraising, or nonprofit campaigns strongly preferred
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Reliable attendance and professionalism
• Ability to show empathy and compassion during conversations
