Job Summary

Compassionate and dedicated, the full-time Remote Outbound Fundraising Agent will make outbound calls to previous donors, engaging in meaningful conversations to secure donations for a national nonprofit fundraising campaign while adhering to compliance guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to previous donors and supporters to build rapport and secure donations
• Follow approved call scripts while maintaining a natural conversation flow and accurately document donor information
• Meet quality, compliance, and productivity expectations while handling objections professionally

Required qualifications

• Previous outbound call center experience
• Experience in donation collection, fundraising, or nonprofit campaigns strongly preferred
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Reliable attendance and professionalism
• Ability to show empathy and compassion during conversations
