A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Outbound Insurance Customer Service Representative in San Antonio.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and engagement via telephone
- Verifying eligibility of services and placing call backs as required
- Meeting and supporting established service and sales and business objectives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to pick up equipment at corporate office
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum internet speed of 20 mbps download/10 mbps upload
- Ability to multi-task (simultaneously think, talk, type)
- Excellent listening skills to receive, process and document detailed information
- Ability to type 32 WPM
