Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Outbound Insurance Customer Service Representative in San Antonio.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and engagement via telephone
  • Verifying eligibility of services and placing call backs as required
  • Meeting and supporting established service and sales and business objectives

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to pick up equipment at corporate office
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Minimum internet speed of 20 mbps download/10 mbps upload
  • Ability to multi-task (simultaneously think, talk, type)
  • Excellent listening skills to receive, process and document detailed information
