Job Summary
A professional staffing and recruiting agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Outbound Medical Call Center Representative in Alpharetta.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Connecting with medical or provider offices to build relationships
- Facilitating the retrieval of medical charts within the project timelines established by the clients
- Making 60-80 outbound calls a day
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least 1 years of outbound call center experience
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Proven, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data Entry Skills - 30 wpm
- High School Diploma or GE
- Ability to build rapport with clients
