A staffing and recruitment agency is seeking a Remote Outbound Medical Device Call Center Representative in New York City.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Keeping notes in the CRM system
• Proactively reaching out to patients
• Walking patients through processes over the phone

• 1-4 years of relevant experience
