Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Remote Outbound Sales Agent will engage potential customers through an automated phone system, verifying qualifications and transferring leads to Inbound Sales Specialists while adhering to compliance and quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers and verify their eligibility based on specified criteria
• Utilize effective communication and rebuttal techniques to overcome objections and maintain customer interest
• Update call status in the phone system and ensure availability for customer engagement

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Sales experience preferred, particularly in a call center environment
• Basic computer skills necessary for updating systems and managing calls
• Must pass a pre-employment drug/background check
• High-speed internet access with specified minimum speeds required
