Remote Outbound Sales Agent

Job Summary

Seeking experienced sales professionals, the part-time Remote Outbound Sales Agent will make outbound calls to potential customers from 11 am to 7:30 pm to schedule appointments for the sales team, utilizing provided scripts and maintaining a positive attitude while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Make 25-35 outbound calls each hour to schedule appointments with prospects
• Engage and persuade homeowners using provided scripts while overcoming objections
• Maintain accurate notes in the CRM regarding conversations and exceed appointment goals

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience
• 1+ years of experience in a call center environment
• Must have a quiet workspace, personal computer, reliable high-speed internet, and a headset
• Proficiency in navigating multiple browser tabs and troubleshooting computer issues
• Previous home improvement experience is a plus
