Engaging potential customers through an automated phone system, the part-time Remote Outbound Sales Agent will verify contact criteria and transfer qualified leads to Inbound Sales Specialists while adhering to compliance and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers and verify their eligibility based on specified criteria
• Utilize effective communication and rebuttals to overcome objections and maintain customer interest
• Update call statuses in the system and ensure availability for customer engagement

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Sales experience preferred, with a focus on over-the-phone interactions
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with automated phone systems
• Must pass a pre-employment drug/background check
• High-speed internet access with specified minimum speeds required
