Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Outbound Digital Sales Associate, 100% Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by placing outbound calls to potential members and promoting Home Service Plans
• Build and maintain relationships while delivering a positive member experience through effective sales techniques
• Document interactions accurately in the member database and provide quality service aligned with company standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of sales and/or member service experience preferred
• Ability to navigate multiple software applications during member interactions
• Experience in a fast-paced sales environment with a competitive and coachable attitude
• Reliable and self-motivated with the ability to work in a virtual environment
