Job Summary

An information and analytics company has a current position open for a Remote Outbound Sales Development Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Identifying pipeline opportunities for the company's sales team within a set of target accounts
  • Owning the end-to-end process of account selection, contact selection, outreach strategy and messaging
  • Helping build the Outbound playbook, partnering closely with the company's sales team to help achieve its pipeline and revenue goals

Position Requirements Include:

  • 1+ years work experience in a pipeline generation role, or a heavy process orientation role
  • Demonstrated track record in an early stage company or highly ambiguous environment
  • Experience with a complex and consultative sales process
  • Intrinsically motivated to build something special, with a high degree of accountability and bias for action
  • Ability to organize and structure a process and maintain focused discipline on the most important things
  • Worthy of trust, honest about failures, acts in a way that makes us proud of the journey
