A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Outbound Sales Development Representative in Charlotte.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing new sales leads via telephone and email communication
- Building and cultivating prospective relationships
- Consistently exceeding monthly metrics and quota
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1 year of experience in an office, corporate, or B2B / SAAS sales setting
- Or experience conducting business via email and phone
- Experience with high-volume telephone sales calling, techniques, and etiquette
- Strong work ethic with the ability to overcome objections and build trust
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and successfully
