A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Outbound Sales Development Representative in Charlotte.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing new sales leads via telephone and email communication
  • Building and cultivating prospective relationships
  • Consistently exceeding monthly metrics and quota

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1 year of experience in an office, corporate, or B2B / SAAS sales setting
  • Or experience conducting business via email and phone
  • Experience with high-volume telephone sales calling, techniques, and etiquette
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to overcome objections and build trust
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and successfully
