Job Summary
A logistics software company is in need of a Remote Outbound Sales Director.
Must be able to:
- Hire, develop, train and retain a highly motivated new logo acquisition sales team
- Lead in the creation/fine tuning of training program, call scripts, processes, service level agreements
- Develop and maintain clear and compelling key performance indicators
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree (BBA or BS) in Business Administration or Business Management
- Seven or more years in a fast paced, sales management role
- Experience with Salesforce.com, sales best practices, and other sales tools
- Solid understanding of B2B and SaaS sales, as well as business fundamentals
- Experience at structuring, interpreting, and presenting analysis and go-forward strategy
