Remote Outbound Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Residential Outbound Sales Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services
• Make outbound calls to potential residential customers to present communication packages
• Provide high-level customer service and accurately enter customer data into the SalesForce system

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proactive approach to customer engagement and sales
• Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
• Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
• Three to six months of related experience and/or training is required
• Associate's degree or higher is preferred
