Remote Outbound Sales Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Outbound Sales Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers to encourage enrollment in energy-saving programs
• Meet daily sales production and quality goals
• Identify customer eligibility and close enrollments consistently

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center
• Ability to type 35+ WPM
• Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction
• Bilingual candidates are preferred to assist Spanish-speaking customers
