Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Outbound Sales Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to address their energy needs and secure enrollments in energy-saving programs
• Meet daily outbound sales production and monthly quality goals
• Participate actively in a remote team environment and engage in training sessions for professional growth

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment
• Ability to type 35+ WPM
• Experience handling inbound or outbound voice calls
• Bilingual candidates preferred to assist Spanish-speaking customers
