Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to secure enrollments in energy-saving programs for utility customers
• Meet daily sales production and monthly quality goals while identifying customer eligibility

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center
• Ability to type 35+ WPM
• Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space
