Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Outbound Sales Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers to address energy needs and secure enrollments in energy-saving programs
• Meet daily outbound sales production and monthly quality goals
• Participate as an active team member in a remote environment and contribute to training sessions for personal development

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment
• Ability to type 35+ WPM
• Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction
• Bilingual candidates are preferred to assist Spanish-speaking customers
