Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Remote Outbound Sales Specialist will make outbound calls to new and existing customers to address their energy needs and secure enrollments in energy-saving programs while meeting sales production and quality goals.
Key responsibilities
- Drive success in a high-volume outbound sales environment using a fast-paced dialer
- Identify eligibility and consistently close enrollments for energy-saving programs
- Participate actively in training sessions and team activities to foster growth in a remote setting
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in a call center
- Ability to type 35+ WPM
- Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction
- Bilingual candidates are preferred to support Spanish-speaking customers
