Job Summary
An ecommerce company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Outdoor Fashion Customer Experience Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Interface with warehouse to ensure that they have all the information they need
- Hold warehouse accountable for mistakes
- Handle incoming customer questions, concerns, exchanges/returns, feedback etc
Qualifications for this position include:
- Understanding and adoption of Brand Voice
- 1+ years experience in customer-facing or customer service role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
